CrossFit Lake Highlands is a personal training gym. We offer group and private classes 6 days a week in a safe, fun and supportive atmosphere.

Free Saturday Workout

  • We offer free Saturday workouts at 9:00 a.m.  You can attend as many of these as you like at no charge.  No hard-sells, no hassles, just a fun workout.  Always check the home page for any schedule changes.  Kids welcome.

Free Into Session

  • If you enjoy yourself at our free Saturday workout, or if you are ready to get started, the next step is to sign up for a free Intro Session which is a personal 1 on 1 with a CrossFit coach where we discuss the history of CrossFit and its methodology.  There will be a short workout, so please bring water and wear appropriate attire.

Skills Test

  • If you have experience with CrossFit, the skills test will assess the potential members proficiency in CrossFit’s 9 foundational movements.  If you pass the test you can begin CrossFit classes immediately.  If you do not pass the test, you will need to attend the free one-hour Intro Session discussed above.
