CrossFit Longevity
CrossFit is a method of exercise that uses a variety of functional movements, constantly varied and combined, performed at a high intensity. The result is incredible fitness gains in a short amount of time.
CrossFit Vitality is the same as our CrossFit class but focuses on individuals aged 50 and over. We use the same movements as CrossFit, but decrease the intensity to increase the speed of recovery. The intensity will gradually increase the further you progress in the program providing you with a level of fitness you haven’t experienced in decades. In no time at all you will be running circles around your children and grandchildren!
At CrossFit Lake Highlands we provide an upbeat fitness environment with positive feedback. We offer world-class fitness in a no-nonsense facility. We do not use standard exercise machines you might find in a globo health club, relying on your body to provide the resistance we need from pushups to pull-ups.
