Back squat 5 x 5

Then complete the following for time:

10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 of hand-stand push-ups

and

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 of jumping squats

So round one is 10 hand-stand push-ups and one jumping squat, round two is nine hand-stand push-ups and two jumping squats, etc.
